Boba Tea Print

Painting inspired by Roy Lichtenstein comic book/pop art paintings. I wanted to “modernize” his girls by giving mine trendy glasses and boba tea.

Original is a hand painted acrylic painting.

In the gallery is a few pictures showing the progression of adding halftone dots! I created a pattern in Illustrator, sent it through Cricut to make a stencil, and then used the stencil to give my painting a true Lichtenstein feel.
